These Terms govern your use of LOCKIN (the "Service"), a web app for tracking tasks, habits, workouts and finances, operated by an individual seller trading as LOCKIN ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
LOCKIN provides productivity trackers (Weekly, Workout, Finance) with a shared Dashboard, plus an optional AI-powered "Coach" chat add-on. Access starts with a 7-day free trial that does not require payment details. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
You sign in with your email address using a one-time 6-digit code — there is no password. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's the only way to sign in to your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles your payment details, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT — we never see or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Your tracker data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used. If you use the Coach add-on, the messages you send are relayed to Anthropic's API to generate a response.
We aim to keep LOCKIN available and your data backed up, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We recommend not relying on LOCKIN as your sole record of critical information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
