Privacy Policy

This explains what LOCKIN collects, why, and what we do (and don't do) with it. LOCKIN is operated by an individual seller — there's no marketing team or data-broker relationship on the other end of this, just the data needed to run the app.

1. What we collect

• Email address — used to sign you in (we email you a one-time login code) and to send you subscription/billing notices and optional daily nudge reminders.
• Tracker data — the tasks, habits, workouts, and finance entries you enter, stored against your account so it follows you across devices.
• Coach chat messages — if you use the optional AI Coach add-on, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply. We don't use these messages for anything beyond producing that response.
• Basic technical data — IP address, used only for rate-limiting the login system against abuse.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment processor and merchant of record. We receive your subscription status (active/cancelled/etc.) but never your card number or full billing details.

2. What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't show ads or share your data with advertisers.
• We don't read your tracker entries except as needed to debug a reported issue, with your permission.

3. Where your data lives

Your account and tracker data are stored in a Postgres database hosted on our infrastructure provider. Emails are sent via Resend. AI Coach messages are processed by Anthropic. Payments are processed by Paddle.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and data deleted, email us and we'll remove it, aside from what we're legally required to retain for billing/tax records.

5. Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from nudge reminder emails at any time via the link in those emails.
• You can request a copy of your data, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us.

6. Children

LOCKIN is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
